Recent Films (and reviews of such)
Just got back from the Cinema? Share what you saw! Or what you want to see that's released! Tell us what you think! I can't be the only extreme cinephile on here, right!?
Recently I saw Wreck-it Ralph and thought it was super-originial, a bit formulatic, but really creative and extremely entertaining. A treat for video game fans. 8/10
I've also been wanting to see Skyfall for a bit! I'm a fan of the 007 films.

No it was amazing and awesome and amazing and awesome and such.
In celebration, I turned the sounds on my Gmod server to James Bond themes.

Wreck it Ralph: 7/10 Cute, but predictable
Pitch Perfect 8/10 Absolutely hilarious, but the singing wasn't as good as it should have been.
Robot and Frank 9/10 Seriously cute and hilarious at times.
Now I just need the hobbit to come out!!

Wreck-it-Ralph: 8/10
Very original, but it did have it's slow parts that seemed to drag on. It was somewhat predictable, but I enjoyed seeing different cool games all put together in one film. Quite worth the trip to the cinema.

Breaking Dawn part 2 was nowhere NEAR good enough to compete with Deathly Hallows, or any of the Harry Potter movies. It was just another some-old twilight, complete with Edward and Bella fanservice, Jacob fanservice, the "adowabow" baby, shoe/clothes/closet no no movies for ladies, and your other basic franchise-y stuff like "punking" the audience, making the sassy jokes by a side character, you get the jist.
Absolutely nothing special. There wasn't even a point where the audience was supposed to cry, not just saying I didn't cry, but they left out the classic "last-in-the-franchise" goodbye scenes. I probably would have felt more connected if they did.

That's because who would really cry at anything Twilight shows anymore? Especially after the birth scene in Part 1.MaryLiz♥ wrote:

Anyway, Wreck-it Ralph. 8/10. Great movie, must see for gamers.

The Life of Pi.

It´s pretty dayum good. It´s original, even though most of it is in one setting, it manages to not get boring for an average viewer.

The Hobbit part 1, I liked it, 7/10, I can't really say I could compair it to the book seeing as how I never read the bold.
Great CGI and animation, great job on the voices. No spoilers here.
